Art of Title Exercise





This title sequence teaches a lot in the ways of executing a title sequence in a successful fashion. Kathy Zielinski spent over two months making these ghouls come out of the hills of the estate pictured. However, what I gleaned most from this was the use of the credits within the animations. We are going to have change the our use as this is the correct way of incorporating the credits through out the opening, not just with it speeding by at the end. This will likely be our first revision. I noticed their use of the '80s synth of the time which was sort of coincidental since we also used an '80s song that fits the theme.

Revision #3

This is more of a technical revision based off of the major cuts to the film but the music had to be reworked. Due to the shorter run time we edited the music in two ways: began it post beginning of the song that way the words "Man-eater" during the time we needed the music for. We made it so the music ends at the title screen so its cleaner.

Critical Creative Reflection #4

The tech we used for filming was an iPhone 6S so there was no stunning graphics for the playback for the video but it was serviceable for what we wanted from the film. The Film was then edited on iMovie and there it underwent cuts, playback speed changes and the addition of a song.
